copper bus bars

Aplication : Copper bars manufactured by FPE SA are designed for applications in various HV and LV switchgears and vertical and horizontal bus bars. They are also used as HT conductors in solid and air insulation, as couplings between switchgears and for connections between switchgears' sections.

Dimensions : cross-section : 20 mm² - 1000 mm² width : 10 mm - 100 mm thickness : 2mm - 10 mm length : to 6 m

Edges of the bars : sharp or rounded

Used material : the conductors are made of electrolytic copper Cu 99,9% M1E according to PN77-H-82120 which equals copper C 101 according to BS 1036 and copper E Cu according to DIN 1787.

Hardening state : soft , semi-hard or hard

Standard of performance : the commutator profiles are produced according to Polish standards and foreign such as IEC, DIN, ASTM, BS, GOST and others at customers request.

Delivery : in bars of the length up to 6 m wrapped in crepe paper put in wooden cases of the length depended of bars.
