hard-drawn copper conductors ( HDC )

Application : the conductors are designed for electro-pover overhead lines mainly in railway and tram traction.

Construction : Copper wires are stranded on cigar and basked stranding machines create layers. The adjoining layers of conductor are stranded in opposite direction in such way that external layer is "right-handed"

Dimension ranges : maximum cross-section of conductors is 500 mm²

Used material : the conductors are made of electrolytic copper Cu 99,9% M1E according to PN77-H-82120 which equals copper C 101 according to
BS 1036 and copper E Cu according to DIN 1787.

The standard of performance : the conductors are produced according to Polish standards and foreign such as IEC, DIN, ASTM, BS, GOST and others at customers' request.

Delivery : conductors are delivered on wooden drums according to PN-91/O-79353
