Aplication : for production of segments of commutators electric machine engines.

Construction : they are mainly made with a symmetrical trapezoid cross-section or an asymmetrical according to agreements

Dimensions : cross-section area - 5mm² - 1000 mm² height - 3 mm - 130 mm

Used material : Copper M1E, according to PN-77/H-82120; Cu Ag 0,03% according to ASTM B 379/94;
Cu Ag 0,1% according to DIN 17666

Standard of performance : the commutator profiles are produced according to Polish standards and foreign such as IEC, DIN, ASTM, BS, GOST and others at customers' request.

Delivery : profiles of the height up to 15 mm in coils of hte maximum weight 100 kg shipped on wooden palettes.
profiles of the height more than 15 mm in bars to 4 m length , packed in bundles about 20kg or in wooden cases including to 500 kg of profili
