segmental compacted aluminium conductors steel-reinforced
( ACSR / TW )

Application : the conductors are designed for electro-pover overhead lines. Segmental aluminium conductors replace traditional ACSR allowing simultaneously to reduce the diameters of the conductors and provide the same electrical and mechanical properties of the given conductor. Segmental conductors create lager technical possibilities at mdernization overhead lines used existing supporting constructions.

Construction : Aluminium trapezoid ( segmental ) wire stranded round the core.

Dimension ranges : maximum cross-section of aluminium area is 660 mm²

Used material : the conductors consist of aluminium wires according to PN-79/H-82160 what equals DIN 1712 and a core made of galvanized steel wires.

The standard of performance : PN-74/E-90083, WT nr P-261270, PN-EN 62219 and
PN-IEC 1089

Delivery : conductors are delivered on wooden drums according to PN-91/O-79353 .
